Lamsa — Women’s Salon Booking

Lamsa is the customer app of a women’s salon, built on the Dori booking platform. It is fully Arabic (RTL), and its theme is derived from the salon’s own colour, so the same app can serve any place on the platform.

Highlights

• Home in a single request: cover, banners, categories, featured services, the team and the latest reviews.
• Services with live search, sorting and infinite scroll; service pages with a gallery, reviews and the experts who perform it.
• Booking: a day strip, free time slots, choosing the expert, dynamic intake fields and coupons, with suggested alternatives when a slot is taken.
• My bookings with a QR code for arrival, a status timeline, rescheduling, cancellation and rating.
• A smart waitlist with countdown offers, a live queue (now serving, people waiting, expected wait) and a weekly busy-hours heat map.

Engineering

• Flutter with GetX: one controller per screen, calling the REST API with http and keeping the session in GetStorage.
• Server validation messages shown as they are, and per-screen controllers created and disposed with the page.
• Unit tests for the API helpers and models.
